About the Company

After 2 years working with a very experienced and professional broker at a major firm, Mark decided to strike out on his own. Starting Confidence Realty in 1999, he first operated out of a home office. After 2 years he opened his first office in Occoquan Virginia; a quaint little town that provided just the atmosphere and opportunity Mark was looking for. As business and his staff of agents grew so did his office; doubling in office space by the fall of 2003.

In 2004 Mark saw an opportunity with a major new development coming off of Route 1 in Dumfries and signed a long term lease for the rental of a 1600+ square foot office, again doubling in size. In 2006 the company moved to their new location, closing the Occoquan office in April of 2007. Although the new development is still on "hold" the move was great for the company and agents.

Confidence Realty is moving forward, even in a market that is showing both growth and some uncertainty. Evidence is that once again a 100% growth in business for Confidence Realty occurred from 2009 to 2010. We look forward to making more history for our company and clients!
